Well it is Sunday today and I almost forgot to post an assignment. I know you are all happy about this!

It has been a few weeks now since I've posted an assignment due to illnesses in my family.

Well.... this past week we celebrated Remembrance Day on November 11.

I want you to write about something you will always remember in your life; something you will never forget and why.

It's Saturday today, and I think I feel winter coming. Brrrrrr.....


This week, I want you to write about what you like and don't like about Canadian winters. If you haven't experienced a winter in Canada yet, then write about what you think it will be like, if you think you will like it or not.

For this week's assignment, I would like you to think about who you are, not just what country you are from, or your age, or what you look like. I want you to think about the person that is inside of you.


On your blog I want you to write about that person that is inside of you. I want you to write about you. Again, I don't want to know what country you are from (I already know that) or your age, or who your mom and dad are. I want to read about how you see yourself, how you describe yourself!

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed the sunshine! 

I know this was supposed to be posted on Friday, but I took my son to Calgary for the weekend and did not have my computer with me. We had fun at the zoo!

I want you to write about your favorite childhood memory. So think back to your past, think back to when you were a little girl or boy and think about a very special moment when you were that little girl or boy, something that made you feel so special or happy.

Weekly Assignment September 17

Hello everyone! 


I'm happy to see that some of you have become followers already! 


This week was busy for all of us! It was nice to have a little break from classes by going for a picnic at Indian Battle Park on Wednesday. I think nature is a wonderful gift given to all of us. Breathing and feeling the cool, fresh air; smelling the trees and the plants always make me feel alive!!!


So this week I want you to write about what makes you feel alive! Maybe there is a special friend that makes you feel alive, or maybe it is reading a good book, or spending time at church or playing a musical instrument or listening to music that makes you feel alive! 


Maybe you are an artist and you love to draw or paint, create or build  something with your hands. So it could be anything! I want you to think about this and then write about it on YOUR blog before I post the next assignment next Friday. I'm not looking for correct grammar when you post your answers, I want you to be free to write anything.
